ProTeam wraps up another eventful ANC
A handful of our team members just returned from San Antonio, TX where they represented ProTeam at this year’s School Nutrition Association Annual National Conference (ANC).
Our crew in attendance – Paul Mackesey, Christa Esparza, Debbi Beauvais, Jean Mosley, Katie Kwikkel, Lora Gilbert, Reginald Ross, Ricardo Abbott, and Sarah Carlson – enjoyed as always the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and introduce our suite of services to many new folks.
Many of our team members also presented on a variety of topics. On Sunday, ProTeam Design and Branding Services Coordinator Debbi Beauvais presented “It’s Your Moment: Marketing Tips & Tricks for Frontline Staff,” Senior Consultants Reginald Ross and Lora Gilbert joined Gretchen Wilson (Pitt County Public Schools) and Larry Wade (Chesapeake School District) to present “Fielding a Winning Team: Optimizing Your Kitchen for Success”.
On Monday, Lora joined Beth Wallace (Jefferson County Public Schools), Javier Vazquez (Orange County Public Schools) to lead “School Nutrition Program Goal Setting Using Key Performance Indicators,” and later in the day she and Javier once again co-presented “Pay for Performance in School Nutrition – A New Way to Generate Meaningful Payroll for School Foodservice Managers”.
Excitingly, ProTeam also officially launched at ANC School Financial Solutions, our first-of-its-kind financial management and accounting system designed specifically for K-12 child nutrition programs. Our software delivers real-time profit & loss dashboards alongside USDA funding and grant tracking, full-cycle budgeting, meal claim management, purchase orders, labor control, and advanced analytics — all within a fully paperless environment.
ANC was, as always, a powerful reminder of the breadth and depth of talent and passion in our industry and the importance of our ultimate goal – to nourish kids. Our team is already looking forward to next year’s conference in Charlotte.
